Venting Hobs with Frying Sensor

How to use NEFF Frying Sensor in 3 easy steps

The frying sensor feature being activated.

Step 1

Turn on your hob and activate the cooking zone you wish to use as normal, then press the Frying Sensor button, which should light up next to your temperature dial. Place your pan on the cooking zone and select the desired heat level according to what you intend on cooking.

Step 2

The Frying Sensor icon will flash until the pan is heated to the optimum temperature. Once this point has been reached the induction stove will signal with a sound. You can now add your food and cook as normal.

Step 3

Once you're done cooking, switch off the Frying Sensor by selecting the active cooking zone you have been using, then press the Frying Sensor button and the icon will disappear on the display.
