1. The Neff Food for Thought Choice Promotion is the offer by the Promoter of a Gift of up to €150 to purchasers on purchases of selected Neff Dishwashers, Washing Machines, Washer Dryers or Tumble Dryers. Purchases must be made between 21.09.2018 and 16.11.2018 and for which the Promoter has received a completed and valid claim before Midnight on 16.12.2018. Please note that the Gift will is choice of either:

a) Home of Innovation Experience (ranging from a cooking product demonstration to hands on cooking workshop with goodie bag including local Irish ingredient product from our producer panel, branded pen and notebook. Value minimum €10. Experience offered depends on product purchased – see appliance list below for further details)

b) An exclusive Irish Artisan Foodie Hamper, which will be delivered to the address provided on the online claim form (hamper will vary depending on appliance purchased – see appliance list below for further details), or

c) A One4all Gift Card, which will be delivered to the address provided on the online claim form.

2. No other offers can be claimed in conjunction with the Neff Choice Campaign

b) The Neff Choice Promotion only applies to purchases of the following Neff appliances with the corresponding Reward value mentioned below.

6. Purchases of graded, seconds, replacements and imperfect products and all appliances purchased on a trade or contract basis (i.e. non consumer purchases) are excluded from the Promotion.

7. The promotion is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland only, excluding employees and close family member of the Promoter and participating retailer.

8. The Promotion, which starts on 21.09.2018 to 16.11.2018, only applies to purchases made on or between these dates. Claims must be received by the Promoter before Midnight on 16.12.2018 and the Promoter will not accept any claims received subsequently.

9. The Promotion is offered via participating Republic of Ireland retailers only and only participating retailers will have the official advertising literature.

10. In order to claim the Gift, claimants must fully complete the Online Claim Form (including full, E-NR number, model number, full name, full address, and a copy of the full purchase receipt that shows model number and date of purchase. 11. Claimants must select which Gift they would like to claim as part of the Online Claim Form process.

a) Each qualifying customer will be eligible to receive a Gift based on their qualifying value.

b) The offer has no cash value or alternative and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.

c) One4all Gift Card Terms and Conditions will apply.

d) Irish Artisan Foodie Hamper Terms and Conditions will apply.

Home of Innovation Terms and Conditions will apply as below. Your reward will depend on the product which you have purchased. The booking process will be confirmed in the redemption letter which is posted to your stated residential address during your claim process. Sessions must be booked in by contacting the Home Of Innovation Dublin after confirming reward selection. The Home of Innovation can be contacted on 00353 1 4009800 or dub-showroom@bshg.com Once you have received your redemption letter confirming your reward, you must quote your claim processing number to dub-showroom@bshg.com. Please state the number of participants required and your preferred Thursday to come to our showroom. Sessions are run between 10am and 2pm. Our BSH Home of Innovation team must confirm your booking in response and confirm session time and date.

12. Online Claim Forms are submitted at claimant’s risk and proof of submitting is not proof of receipt.

13. The Promoter, Chilli Pepper Marketing Limited, or its Partners, reserves the right to investigate and undertake all such action, as is reasonable, to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims including, without limitation, to require claimants to provide further verification as to proof of purchase. In addition, the Promoter reserves the right to reject those claims which are, in their opinion, fraudulent or invalid.

14. Claimants should allow up to 7 weeks from date of submitting a successful Claim Form to receive their reward. Home of Innovation experiences will be catered for based on minimum of 1 session per week open only to reward participants. This will be ran on a Thursday. A minimum of 3 days notice must be allowed before booking to guarantee a place on the Hands on Cooking Workshops. Places are limited to 16 people. Should a hands on cooking workshop be full, an alternative date will be offered.

15. By submitting an Online Claim Form, claimants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

16. In the unlikely event that a claimant is unhappy with their Neff appliance and wishes to return it for a full refund, such refund is conditional upon return of the ‘Gift’.

17. Personal data collected for the purposes of the Promotion will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the Promoters Data Protection Information, which is available here.

18. The Promoter, Chilli Pepper Marketing Limited, or its Partners reserves the right to withdraw, extend or amend the terms of this promotion at any time due to circumstances beyond its control.

19. If for any reason the Gift is unavailable, then the Promoter, Chilli Pepper Marketing Limited, or its Partners reserves the right to substitute another Gift of the same quality and value in its place.
