Vario Steam®
Dried out roasts and soggy bread no more! With Vario Steam®, finding that elusive balance between crisp and tender is as easy as pressing a button. Ducts in the back plate release steam into the oven quickly and evenly, adding just the amount of moisture your loaf of bread or roast chicken need for a crunchy crust. Automatic programmes with varying levels of intensity offer convenience, while manual operation lets you add a blast of steam on demand.
Intensive Steam ahead – steamers are nutrition champions
Steam ovens get the best out of your beloved ingredients, whilst making the most of their vitamins and minerals. Cooking with Steam has benefits for many dishes. Our ovens with Intensive Steam reach 120oC meaning they cook quickly, retaining nutrients and taste. Vario Steam® gives dishes just the right amount of steam at 3 intensity levels and Added Steam releases steam into the oven at the start of a bake. You can build your ultimate cooking system by including single or compact appliances with steam to complement other ovens in the range.

Now you can forget about filling and refilling the water tank and simply focus on preparing the food you love most.
