Ingredients
Makes: 2 glasses
- 120ml dry gin
- 8ml fresh grapefruit juice
- 5ml grenadine
- 120ml soda water
- 1 tbsp sugar syrup
- 2 pomelo zest
- 2 pomelo slices
- 4 dashes Angostura bitters
- Sugar for glass rim
Step 1
Dip glass rim in a little lemon juice and then sugar.
Step 2
Combine all the ingredients plus ice cubes in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously.
Step 3
Fill a margarita glass with crushed ice and pour the cocktail through a small strainer into the glass. Enjoy immediately!
