effective and efficient
The hob is well structured, with supports in all areas for my pans. The variety of burners covers all the levels of heating I need. I particularly like the controls, which are clear to read and can be felt as they move from one level of heating to the next (9 levels in all, so they can be very finely adjusted). The surface responds well to a standard stainless steel cleaner, and the sections of hob come apart well for cleaning.

Only used once as my wife doesn't want it to get dirty. Hopefully more use in the future.

Excellent Hob
Love the quick response as I have never used induction before. Had my last Neff Hob 23 years and was sorry to see it go. Also like the individual timers for each ring (which my previous Hob had as well and which I use constantly). Particularly like the fact that I can have one large cooking zone or two smaller ones. One thing that I would have liked and that I feel should have been included and that is a sample of your cleaning fluid for the Hob. I used to use Astonish cream before which worked well but your instruction leaflet said to use a ceramic glass cleaner so I hesitated and eventually have bought Neff cleaning fluid on line. However I would have liked to clean it immediately after some water spilt as it became smeary.

Built to last.
Good looking hob, very sturdy , easy to keep clean as the burner supports left off individually, great for older folk or anyone with arthritis. Controls are so easy to operate and very efficient. very pleased with this hob.

Amazing investment and upgrade.
Retrofitted the Neff in place of a 3 yr old Caple branded integrated dishwasher. By comparison the Neff is so much quieter. Cleaning is thorough. Via the app I can see water and power consumption. Impressed.
