Best use of your NEFF appliances

You can set the temperature in the refrigerator compartment from 3°C to 8°C. However, the recommended temperature in the refrigerator compartment is 4°C. While the temperature in the cool-fresh compartment is kept at around 0°C. The temperature in the freezer compartment can be set from -16°C to -24C. We recommend long-term storage of food should be at -18°C or lower.

To see how long you can store your food in the freezer compartment, just have a look at the imprinted freezer calendar. It indicates the maximum storage duration in months at a constant temperature of -18°C.

You can keep dairy products, eggs, ready meals, pastries, open pre-serves and hard cheese in the refrigerator compartment. In the cool-fresh compartment, you can keep fresh food fresh up to three times longer than in the refrigerator compartment. For more tips have a look at our user manuals.

You want to save even more water and energy? Load the machine with the number of place settings specified.

We recommend to set the rinse aid and the water softening system to the separate detergent or combined detergent in use. The function of rinse aid is limited with combined detergents. You will generally get better results using rinse aid. For more tips have a look at our user manuals.

The right amount of load has an effect on the energy and water consumtion. Also to prevent creasing, take note of the maximum load for the relevant programme.

Use the correct detergent dosage to achieve optimal washing results and save resources. The detergent dosage depends on: the amount of laundry, degree of soiling and water hardness. The dosing recommendation we are giving aimed at the maximum load for the programme.
