Why is one side of my hob not working?

If only one side of your hob is functioning, it could be due to an installation issue or an internal fault. If you are a qualified electrician, check the mains connections in the terminal block of the appliance. Otherwise, it’s best to book an engineer visit for a thorough inspection.
