If the timer function on your NEFF induction hob is not responding and appears to be stuck in lock mode, try to Reset the Hob.

Turn off the hob and unplug it from the power source or switch off the circuit breaker. Wait for about 5-10 minutes before reconnecting it to the power supply. This can help reset the control panel and unlock the timer function.

Switching on Timer

1. Press the clock icon.

2. Select the required time. The time starts to elapse.

A signal tone sounds and it displays a flash once the time has elapsed.

Changing or switching off the Timer

1. Press the clock icon.

2. To switch off the function, change the cooking time or set it to 0:00.
