Error codes: U400, E9011

Cause: The hob is not connected correctly.

Solution:

1.Disconnect the hob from the mains power supply.

2.Reconnect the hob according to the circuit diagram provided.

We recommend having the installer return to inspect the connections and ensure everything is properly installed.
