Food is not cooked

There are generally a number of common problemswhich can lead to food not being cooked properly in your oven. Some of these problems can be solved yourself but if for example the oven fan is broken, then you will need to book a repair visit with one of our NEFF engineers.

Common solutions include:

• Avoid overcrowding the racks - this will enable adequate air circulation
• Level your appliance
• Use appropriate cookware, e.g. baking tray or oven-proof dish
• You may need to try increasing the cooking time for temperature of the oven
• Try adjusting the oven racks
